Strategic planning

The first step to developing your practice marketing strategy is proper strategic planning. After understanding your current marketing plans, your consultant will identify your biggest areas of marketing opportunity so you can improve your return on investment.

One-on-one dedicated consultant

You are not alone - your consultant meets with your marketing team monthly to review the strategies being taught and to be delivered per your practice plan. They will help resolve roadblocks and make further suggestions based on their experience.

While we work with your team, you remain fully informed. We provide email updates and formal reports as well as an interactive project management dashboard so you can see your teams progress in real time.

Training

Our training is developed by our in-house experts and is based on what fellow TIO members have implemented successfully in their own practices.

We offer informal, practice-specific training sessions that are quick and digestible - from 5 to 20 minutes in length - as well as longer on-demand learning which is available in The Community. Your team can fit our training in between patient appointments.
