The 4 key ways we do this are through:

  • Webinars - we run two scheduled webinars a year focusing on key initiatives for the period to come, and will also schedule sessions as needed to keep you up to date.
  • Video tutorials - we record ‘lessons,’ which we upload to the TIO Portal for your reference anytime, detailing information and actions you need to take.
  • Hands-on workshops - we run at least one hands-on workshop a year where we will work through some key processes with you and give you the chance to ask questions, collaborate and network with your peers.
  • Quarterly digital reports - in your quarterly reports, we detail key action points required from your end, and these are followed up with an in-person call with your consultant and/or digital manager.

  • Influencer marketing strategies - influencer marketing is an emerging and efficient way to grow your business. From working with your current patients to social media influencers, we partner with relevant agencies and to get the best tools for you to benefit from this source of new patient leads.
  • Video content - 80% of all online content will be video by 2021, so we want to make sure that you understand what to record, how to do it, and how to make the most of your effort.
  • Google MyBusiness optimization - this is key to your local SEO strategy. There are some things we take care of for you and others you need to do yourself, such as populating and replying to Google Questions and Answers, regularly updating your photos and videos, and utilizing Google posts. We’ll walk you through the whole process.
